John E. Bradley

Born in Boston Massachusetts, John E. Bradley attended Stonehill College. After obtaining his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, he was admitted to the bar in 1963. In 1966 Mr. Bradley started his own firm, Bradley, Barry & Tarlow, P.C.; he left in 1991 after it had reached the size of twenty-four attorneys.

Licensed to practice in the Massachusetts: U.S Districts Courts, District of Massachusetts, and U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court, Mr. Bradley, during his forty-six years of legal practice, has advised businesses from start-up sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, LLC’s and LLP’s, to approximately $100 million in sales. With strong orientation toward real estate development, he also handles complex business litigation and real estate litigation.

Attorney Bradley has appeared before numerous Governmental Agencies, City and Town Boards, State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has several reported cases from both the Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court of Massachusetts.

Active in the Boston business community, Mr. Bradley served on several boards including the Board of Advisors Stonehill College, National Board of Georgetown Law Center, Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, Trustee for the Sports Museum of New England during its formative years, and many non-profit and for profit corporations. On occasion Attorney Bradley has been a guest lecturer at New England School of Law and Boston University’s School of Management. He is also an instructor at the University of New Hampshire. He has recently served as Captain Commanding for the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts. He also has served on many municipal boards including the Town of Canton Finance Committee and Planning Board and the Town of Cohasset Planning Board.

In June 2008, Mr. Bradley joined the firm of MacLean Holloway Doherty Ardiff & Morse, P.C.
